Intro to Web Development – Spring 2011 Series
The lecture series is now over. This page will be left in place as an archive for the series.
Welcome to my Spring 2011 Web Development Lecture Series – Sponsored by the IEEE Student Club at the University at Buffalo. The lectures are Tuesdays starting at 7pm from March 8 through April 5 (weekly, excluding the spring break week) – 2011. The lectures will last a little over an hour and are geared towards familiarizing students with web development. Although someone without much computer programming experience could probably follow along with this series, it is highly recommended that you have some background in using a computer (and probably programming one as well). The development site is at http://weblec.famousphil.com . The slides for this series will be posted on this page.

errata: When I discuss the singleton, the class up on the screen was NOT a singleton. My bad! An example of a real singleton can be found here on the PHP.net documentation.
